Delivery and Returns
The prices provided on the product pages include the statutory VAT along with other components of the price.
We deliver our products to countries visible after adding the product to the shopping cart.
Delivery of physical products is carried out through courier companies (DPD, DHL, GLS), InPost (including parcel lockers).
The shipping cost for physical products is visible during the purchasing process after calculating the weight and dimensions of the purchased products.
You can pay for your purchases in the shop in the following ways:
Prepayment - directly to the bank account displayed on the order page:
Cash on delivery - payable upon delivery (an additional fee of 5 PLN will be added)
By bank transfer or credit card via secure payment channels (mBank platform, Przelewy24 platform)
The shipment of digital products is free of charge. The option of cash on delivery payment does not apply to digital products.
Order Fulfillment Time
The delivery of physical products depends on availability in the warehouse and payment method, within 5 business days. In exceptional cases - if the fulfillment time would be longer - we will contact the buyer to inform about the delay and confirm the further execution of the order.
Conditions for withdrawal from a distance contract
Right of withdrawal
You can cancel your purchase according to the provisions below regarding the right of withdrawal from a distance contract:
Subject to the provisions under points 2-3 of the "Consumer Rights Act" (GBl. 2014.827), consumers have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days (or longer if a longer period is indicated on the offer page) from the date the consumer acquired the product or another person designated by him as the carrier. When submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer is not required to provide a reason.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers if the subject of the service is sound or visual recordings or computer programs supplied in a sealed package, if the packaging has been opened after delivery. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to consumers with respect to contracts for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
If the consumer has agreed to the provision of the service of providing digital content that is not stored on a physical medium before the withdrawal period has expired and has been informed by the seller of the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract, the right of withdrawal expires with the beginning of the download.
If the order is processed in the form of a single physical shipment, the deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the day the consumer received the item or from the day another third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, obtained possession of the item.
In the case of the purchase of multiple separate goods that are delivered separately, the deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the day the consumer received the last item or from the day another third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, obtained possession of the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the Shop of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement by email to the address or by post to the address:

As a consumer, you can use the withdrawal form template, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information about the exercise of the consumer's right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal from the contract
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered not concluded. We will refund all payments made by you, including the cost of delivering the goods (excluding additional costs resulting from the chosen method of delivery other than the cheapest ordinary method of delivery offered by our store), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed by you about the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
The consumer must return the item to the Administrator or hand it over to a person authorized by the Administrator to receive it immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day on which they withdrew from the contract, unless the Administrator has proposed to collect the item themselves. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the item before the deadline has expired.
The consumer bears only the direct costs of returning the goods. The consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
