Data administrator
The administrator of personal data is the President of the Management Board of Elverre Polska sp. z o.o. You can find the address and registration data in the store regulations.
Scope of stored data
We store personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders placed through this online store. This data includes name, surname, delivery address, phone number, email address, and for businesses: invoicing data (company name and its address), tax identification number, email, and phone number.
We do not provide, give, sell, or disclose to third parties the data provided to us during the order placement process.
Right to be forgotten
If, after receiving the ordered goods, you wish to stop the storage of your personal data, please send an email from the address provided during the order placement with the content: "Please delete my personal data."
This request will result in the deletion of all order information from the database (including address data), except for the records in the company's accounting books (for tax settlement purposes) for a period of 10 years.
Upon your request, we will provide you with a summary of the data we have collected for the purpose of fulfilling the order in the form of a PDF file. This file will be sent to the email address provided during the order placement process.
Data storage method
The data is stored electronically, i.e., electronically saved on a server operated by the company Nazwa.pl, to which only the data administrator has access.
