Hydrogen should be supplied to the anode under slight overpressure. The cathode is supplied with oxygen in situ (from the air) - water collects at the cell outlet during hydrogen conversion to electricity (when the cell is under load). The load current should not exceed 1A. The cells can be connected in series to achieve higher voltage.
